Jacob Kell is an Alignment coach who helps people take immediate control of their physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. He is a certified yoga instructor who teaches yoga with the purpose of connecting mind and body through breath and movement. Jacob is also a callisthenic trainer who helps people build lean functional strength using bodyweight exercises. He combines yoga and calisthenics to achieve functional strength, balance, and mental clarity.     As an Alignment Coach, Jacob is well versed in meditation and lifestyle design. He pushes people to start living in alignment with the ideal version of themselves by helping them gain extreme clarity in every category of their life. He guides clients through the process breaking down the old belief systems that keep people stuck and installing new beliefs and habits that will shift them to living a hear centered life of balance, ease, joy, and harmony.
