Here at Charleston Fit and MMA, we offer HIIT classes. You might’ve heard of HIIT workouts before, but what makes them so effective? HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training. In this workout you will do different simple exercises (such as push ups or burpees) at your full capability for short amounts of time, and then have small breaks in between each interval. These workouts are designed to keep your heart rate up and quickly burn fat. This type of training also helps boost your metabolism for up to 48 hours.
