I started my weight-loss journey over 20 years ago when the idea of being a good athlete was being able to run fast, jump high and lift a lot of weight. Today it is about agility, recovery, power and endurance. By training martial arts, and I am not talk about the traditional sense, I am talking MMA (mixed martial arts) you or your child will be more agile, have much better conditioning, be more explosive and have over all better performance.
